Classical Jazz Trio

Jonathan C. Starkey

Released
2002
Label
KPM Music
Forces
Piano, Trio
Personnel
Chris Laurence, Jonathan C. Starkey and Mike Smith

Starkey made the album for KPM’s production-music library in 2002, which explains both its compact cue-like tracks and the deliberately suggestive substitute titles.

A 2017 reissue split “Notes for Anna” into three separate miniatures and supplied a second set of titles, but still did not name the underlying works, leaving the KPM composer records and the music itself to do the detective work.
